1. Entry fee is $35. NO REFUNDS. Open to all counties.

2. Contestant is and always has been a female and is between the ages of 21-54 (Elite) or 55 & up (Senior) by June 27, 2026. The pageant director has the right to request proof of age.

3. Dress must be formal and floor length.

4. Contestant will continue to be a person of good moral character, affirms that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and convictions or that reflect unfavorably on the Smith County Fair Pageant, it’s representatives, sponsors, and/or the county.

5. Deadline for pageant entry is June 22, 2026 and entry must be postmarked by that date. Late entries will be accepted through June 26, 2026 with an additional late fee applied.

6. Contestant, parent,and/or legal guardian must agree to abide by all pageant rules and regulations and must sign the release form.

7. The winner is REQUIRED to attend designated fair events and appearances throughout her reign, as determined by the pageant director and/or executive board. All appearances must be approved in advance. Failure to attend required events will result in forfeiture of the crown to the first runner-up.

8. There will be a Most Photogenic Award. The entry fee is $10. The photo MUST be 5×7 or smaller. Please submit a photo with your entry or bring your photo the day of the pageant. Photos will be returned the night of the pageant.

9. There will be a People’s Choice Award for the most $1 votes. (A crown will be given to the winner)

10. Judges will choose a Winner, First Runner Up, and Second Runner Up. Judges’ decisions are final.

11. Fees are due by the deadline – June 22, 2026. Payment should be made in exact cash or with a check. Late entries will be accepted through June 26, 2026, with an additional $20 late fee applied.

12. June 22, 2026 will be an OPTIONAL day to come and practice on stage before the pageant at the AG Center from 5:00-7:00 pm.
